Jorge Perez is a member of the Adiesto Coop in the San Antonio Huista region. His 2017 crop was so outstanding it was separated out before being mixed at the mill with other farmers crops Grown at 1,600 masl, the cherries were fully washed. The cup is sweet and balanced with hints of papaya, citrus, and brown sugar.
